Apex Dadiani Block B is an 11-story residential building, which is being built near the Nadzaladevi metro station, at Tsotne Dadiani Street N90. The project is designed for 98 residents. Two floors will be dedicated to office and commercial spaces, and the parking zone will be located on the -1st floor. The project is distinguished by its modern and sophisticated appearance, location, and optimal planning of apartments. Ecologically clean and high-quality materials will be used during the construction process. The project is being implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 41, which provides for the creation of minimum conditions for achieving the health, safety, and general well-being of society, the protection of life and property from fire and other hazards in buildings, as well as the safety of firefighters and rescuers. Apartments in Apex Dadiani Block A will be delivered with a white frame. Construction will be completed in April 2021.
