The project is the first construction of Metreveli 4 Apex, which was implemented in 2013-2015. The 14-story building, which includes residential, office and commercial spaces, is located at the intersection of Ak. Tsereteli and Sl. Metreveli streets, next to the B. Paichadze National Stadium. The facade of the building is faced with white travertine stone. Formwork systems from the Austrian company Doka were used in the construction process. Doka has been a leader in the world market since 1958. The use of its products provides the maximum guarantee of construction strength and reliability.
