The project is an 11-story residential building at Dadiani 125, located in the Nadzaladevi district, in front of the Nadzaladevi metro station. The building includes 78 apartments, commercial spaces and a 1-level parking lot. The house is a unique project with its architecture and visuals. Glass balconies, a facade made of red bricks from the BRAER company, give it a special and sophisticated look.

The construction process of Dadiani 125 used reinforcement from the Ukrainian company OJSC Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih and formwork systems from the Austrian company Doka. Their products provide the maximum guarantee of the strength and reliability of the construction.
