Apex Avlabari is an 11-story residential building, which is being built at #52 Ketevan Tsamebuli, near the 300 Aragveli metro station. The project is designed for 64 residents. Two floors will be dedicated to office and commercial spaces, and the parking area will be located on the -1st floor. The project is distinguished by its modern and sophisticated appearance, location and optimal planning of apartments. Ecologically clean and high-quality materials will be used during the construction process. The project is being implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 41, which provides for the creation of minimum conditions for achieving public health, safety and general well-being, protection of life and property from fire and other hazards in buildings, as well as the safety of firefighters and rescuers. The Apex Avlabari apartments will be delivered with a white and green frame. Construction will be completed in December 2021.
