With the support of TBC, construction is underway on the modern residential complex Apex Holbrook in the Isani district of Tbilisi. The total investment value of the project amounts to GEL 68 million, of which GEL 45 million is financed by TBC.

Apex Holbrook is a 22-story multifunctional residential complex that combines residential and commercial spaces, a three-level parking infrastructure, a 1,200-square-meter landscaped courtyard, and a 24-hour security system.

The complex offers panoramic views of the Mtkvari River and Old Tbilisi, making Apex Holbrook a distinctive residential development in the city. Construction commenced at the end of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2028.
